User Authentication and Autorization for New Generation Networks

This document describes methods of user authentication and authorisation via a trusted server. There is analysis of the system Kerberos, which is used as an inspiration for desing of a new authentication scheme. There are analysed programming layers and interfaces for specific applications ensuring user authentication and authorisation. The document contains a design and detailed description of a new authentication scheme. This scheme is implemented into the communication between email client and imap server.

This bachelor thesis’ main task is development of a new variation of the corporal identity management system. Firstly, this thesis deals with theoretical knowledge related to the subject of identity management. Secondly, it analyses the current status of the identity management system in a company ABC. A plan for system improvement in this work is based on this analysis and theoretical knowledge as well. Finally, the work contains an evaluation and suggests possible improvements of the new system for the future time.

Authorisation and notification of conformity assessment bodies to the European Commission, European element in national administrative procedure Abstract The main topic of a submitted rigorous thesis is a sphere of state testing, authorisation and notification of conformity assessment bodies to the European Commission and other member states. Thesis is divided into eight main chapters, which are composed of subchapters. The first part contains a brief definition of the State Testing as a part of an administrative law, but also emphasizes the impact of European Law. A brief explanation of administrative law history and harmonization takes place in a second chapter of a thesis. Although all processes within State Testing are carried out within European administrative area, this topic has a dedicated subchapter, part of which is a description of a main principles and sources of a European administrative law. Third chapter, as one of the main chapters, focuses on a New Legislative Framework. Separated subchapters deal with legislative acts of a European Parliament and Council, which create a basic framework for this matter from perspective of European Law. Activities of the Police of the Czech Republic during Demonstrations

The general public is interested in actions of the Police of the Czech Republic during demonstrations fuelled by the political situation and the rise of various extremist movements. Demonstrations are always covered by the media and people often express their opinion about the operation of specialized units of the Czech Police. Due to the non-ending discussions, I consider this theme to be interesting and topical for its processing in this bachelor thesis. The thesis defines the basic concepts, the specifics of the Police of the Czech Republic, i.e. its tasks, obligations and authorizations to intervene, use coercive means, procedures and tactics to control riots. Furthermore, the work outlines individual units of the Czech Police intervening during the demonstration,s such as the anti-conflict team, the specialized unit for riot control and the unit for reinstatement of order. Last but not least, the thesis focuses on the demonstration participants who profess some kind of political belief. As an example and a fact of interest, the deployment of the riot control unit of the South Bohemian Region in period 2010 1st half of 2016 is described, which proves that the need for this riot control unit is increasing steadily. The information contained in the thesis can be beneficial not only for students, but also for the general public.
